Introductie ART<\/h2>\n

In navolging van FACT en HIC is er met experts op meerdere bijeenkomsten nagedacht over een vernieuwend kader voor de langdurige ggz. Voor deze vergeten doelgroep was er behoefte aan een andere vorm van behandeling en zorg. De uitkomst is een nieuwe naam: Active Recovery Triad, ofwel Actief herstel in de Triade (ART).<\/p>\n

Kernaspecten van ART zijn: relationeel, risico\u2019s nemend, lerend, en betrokkenheid in en van de samenleving. De zorg dient breder en opener te worden. Het is de kunst mensen uit te dagen om te (mogen, willen, kunnen) \u201cworden wie je bent\u201d, met onophoudelijk vertrouwen. Gewoon doen en gewoon praten. Echt onbevooroordeeld luisteren en nabij zijn. En een nadrukkelijk streven naar eindigheid van opname en tijdsgebonden zorg.<\/p>\n

Net als bij HIC en FACT is er gekozen om te werken met een ART-werkboek (\u2018De kunst van ART\u2019) en een ART-monitor waarin vakinhoudelijke, organisatorische en bouwkundige kenmerken van het ART-concept staan beschreven. De ART-monitor beoogt de kwaliteit en modelgetrouwheid van ART zorg die wordt geboden te meten.<\/p>\n
