Identiteit en zingeving in de zorg: hoe besteden hulpverleners hier aandacht aan? <\/strong>
Welke onderwerpen worden besproken en gebruiken hulpverleners hierbij specifieke tools en interventies?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Afgelopen voorjaar kregen medewerkers verschillende ggz organisaties de mogelijkheid om hun ervaringen rond dit thema te delen via een online vragenlijst. Alle deelnemende hulpverleners werkten met mensen met ernstige psychische aandoeningen, bijvoorbeeld via FACT-teams, klinieken, begeleid wonen, een herstelwerkplaats of in een setting voor langdurig verblijf. De vragenlijst is ingevuld door mensen met verschillende interesses en achtergronden: ervaringsdeskundigen, geestelijk verzorgers, verpleegkundigen, behandelaren en andere zorgmedewerkers.\u00a0 Hulpverleners gebruiken verschillende werkvormen en benaderingen en bespreken zeer diverse thema\u2019s.
