Best Practice \u201cDe eerste vijf minuten – interne overplaatsing<\/h2>\n

Uit de praktijk blijkt dat een interne overplaatsing, vaak spanning mee brengt voor een cli\u00ebnt. En daarmee ook risico\u2019s op gevaarlijk gedrag. Om deze rede is het van belang de 1e<\/sup> vijf minuten ook bij interne overplaatsingen toe te passen. En daarbij te starten met een intensieve begeleiding. Om de pati\u00ebnt houvast en vertrouwen te geven en daardoor een goede start te maken.<\/p>\n
