Evaluatie van incidenten aan de hand van Safewards<\/h2>\n

Hulpverleners hebben veel invloed op de ontwikkeling van conflict op de afdeling, de manier waarop triggers kunnen leiden tot incidenten, maar ook op de reactie hierop in bijv. de toepassing van verplichte zorg. Deze methodiek biedt in een bespreking van een half uur inzicht in be\u00efnvloedende factoren rondom een incident en welke acties hieraan verbonden kunnen worden.
