Van belang is dat het model sensitief blijft voor huidige ontwikkelingen in de praktijk, hetgeen betekent dat er momenten zullen zijn dat het model dient te worden doorontwikkeld<a href=\"https:\/\/stichtinghicart.nl\/hic\/hic-ontwikkeling-in-zwitserland\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Promotieonderzoek van Laura van Melle, gepubliceerd in 2021 wees uit dat er sterke behoefte is aan deze doorontwikkeling, waarbij ook het belang van het behoud van een door het veld gedragen model werd onderstreept.
