Het doel van de 7 stappen methodiek is om van een standaard Klinisch Signaleringsplan (KSP) naar een gepersonaliseerd KSP te komen. In de eerste vijf dagen van opname wordt een standaardplan gebruikt om crisissignalen te herkennen en om te buigen. Tevens kan het standaard KSP in de eerste vijf dagen dienen als gesprekshulpmiddel; hieruit kunnen relevante onderdelen gekozen of<\/p>\n

aangevuld worden door de pati\u00ebnt. Na de eerste vijf opname dagen ontstaat een beeld van de pati\u00ebnt en welke interventies effectief of juist gecontra-indiceerd kunnen zijn, deze gegevens horen, naast de input van pati\u00ebnt, ambulant en naasten, opgenomen te worden in het gepersonaliseerde KSP.<\/p>\n
